Where do I request/pay for touchups?
You can click here and it will lead you to the forum you can fill out for your child, and the payment will pop up after submitting your information. Please request what you will like touch-upped.
Can I print the Digital Portrait more than once?
Yes, you have the option to purchase the Digital Portrait and if you would like a printed version you can print at Walgreens/ CVS as many times as you wish. This can be done right on your phone/ computer and be printed the same day! Or you have the option to print from our website and it will be shipped straight to your door.
Are there print packages?
This year we do not have print packages, but you do have the option if you would like a printed version of your students portrait to purchase the Digital Download and get it printed at Walgreens/ CVS for very cheap, and it be printed the same day! This can be done right on your phone/ computer. This way you save money and get the exact amount of prints that you need.
I purchased a Digital Portrait and I have not gotten an email with the download
It typically takes a couple minutes for the portrait to be emailed to you but if for some reason it has been 24 hours and you still have not gotten an email with the download, and you have checked your spam and all of your emails, then please send us an email here.
When will my photos be ready?
If you have not received an email from your school then they are not ready yet.
I can not find my child's photo
If there is no link to your students gallery then they may of missed school portrait day. If they did take their pictures please send us an email here.
My password isn't working
If you have tried multiple times entering your student's id number and it still has not worked please send us an email here with your child's name and grade with the subject line being "password incorrect"
Why is there only one School Portrait
There has always been one option for school portraits, and no other school portrait photographer does more than one portrait either. Thank you.
Can I get a refund?
Once you have placed your order, it is processed automatically after 1 business day.
Afterward, since we are producing custom made products, the order cannot be canceled.
If your order was placed less than 1 business day ago, you may send us a message with your request and we will review it.
If you cannot find your problem on the list then please give us an email here stating the issue you are having. Thank you.
